We want you to be completely satisfied with the designs we provide. However, if for any reason you need to request a refund, please review our policy below to understand the circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if the order is cancelled before any work has started on the design or if we are unable to complete the delivery of the agreed-upon product. Once the design process has begun, we are unable to offer a refund. This policy ensures that we can dedicate our time and resources to your project effectively. If you choose to cancel the order before work has started, please be aware that processing fees incurred by payment platforms may not be included in the refund, as these fees are non-refundable and are charged by third-party processors.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please make a refund request here with your order details and reason for the cancellation or refund request. Please note that refund requests must be made within 14 days of placing the order. We will review your request and determine the eligibility of the refund based on the circumstances of your order.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date the request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your payment method depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion, depending on the situation. If a partial refund is granted, it will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances of the order.

Non-Refundable Items

Any additional options or services, such as fast delivery, are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before any work has started as mentioned in section 1.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit. If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, you will receive an additional 10% of the refunded amount as a bonus, which can be used on future orders. Store credit will be linked to your email and have no expiration date, allowing you to use it for any of our future design services.
